4. Payment Terms

Payment for coaching and consulting services must be made as agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due in advance of the session or program.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited or charged in full.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of information shared in sessions. Any personal or business information you provide will be treated with care and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a duty of care (e.g. risk of harm to self or others).

6. Intellectual Property
