About Kim
With 30 years of experience in HR and leadership roles, I’ve had a front-row seat to what makes workplaces thrive—and what can quietly chip away at the joy factor.
We bring our whole selves to work—our values, our beliefs, our stressors and stories. Increasingly, the expectation sits with organisations to create mentally healthy environments—but for leaders and managers already stretched thin, this can feel overwhelming.
Why I do this work
I don’t believe leadership is about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, showing vulnerability, and creating spaces where trust and meaningful contribution can grow. Change can feel messy-but it’s also where the good stuff happens: psychological safety, stronger cultures, and teams with greater insights who genuinely work together.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people leverage their strengths—it’s what drew me to HR in the first place. I’m now focused on helping organisations go beyond compliance, turning their legal duty of care into a genuine competitive advantage.
What I bring
I’m a lifelong learner with a fascination for what makes people tick—and how our context shapes our wellbeing. My training in Positive Psychology and workplace wellbeing has given me a practical lens to support leaders and teams in creating the conditions for people to thrive.
I help leaders translate good intentions into the behaviours, systems, and conversations that support culture and performance - bridging the gap between knowing and doing, with a calm and compassionate approach.
